It takes 5-7 business days to issue a refund after the purchase is returned to our Returns centre, and 3-20 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (depending on the payment method). For more information, please read our Terms of Service and Policy section on our product page.
If your refund is taking longer than that the items might still be in transit, so we recommend checking with the delivery service you used.
It's also important to note, that some purchases are split into multiple transactions, so if you received only a part of the amount you paid, please check your bank statement once more or wait a day or two for the other transaction to reach you. We ask your patience as we issue a refund right away, however we cannot control how fast the banks process the transactions.
