The items must be returned to the exact address that is provided by our Customer Support team. Once you ship the items, you must also send us the following information: the date of shipping, photo/copy of a receipt with the tracking number for the parcel.
If your refund is taking longer to reach you than expected the items you shipped back to us might still be in transit, so we recommend checking with the delivery service you used.
It's also important to note, that some purchases are split into multiple transactions, so if you received only a part of the amount you paid, please check your bank statement once more or wait a day or two for the other transaction to reach you. We ask your patience as we issue a refund right away, however we cannot control how fast the banks process the transactions.
